3 years & up. Building upon the multi-faceted early childhood development benefits of unit block play, these solid beechwood trucks are designed to overlay a lesson on how a simple machine works. Use Unit Blocks (sold separately) along with these Block Science Big Trucks to teach simple machine and STEM concepts while encouraging construction, deconstruction, teamwork, social interaction and self-expression.

Cement Truck - The cement truck carries a cement mixer which is connected to the wheels of the truck by five different gears. When the truck is moved, the cement mixer turns, teaching children to recognize and investigate the mechanics of using gears. Measures 15.25”H x 5.5”D x 9”L.

Dump Truck - The Dump Truck uses levers to move the flatbed for loading and unloading. Measures 14.75"H x 5.5"D x 8.75"L.

Tow Truck - The tow truck teaches children how to use wheel and axle technology by cranking the handle in the front of the truck bed to watch how the pulley works by raising and lowering cargo. Measures 15.25"H x 5.5"D x 11.25"L.

Wrecking Ball Truck - The wrecking ball truck has a removable articulating trailer with a large wooden crane for maximum mobility. Children can use the wrecking ball to knock down structures. Measures 18"H x 5.5"D x 16.75"L.
